Coinciding with the opening of Ladprao, is the imminent arrival of the new and revised Master of English set of programmes. These new programmes have been created by Total Literacy to address the needs of students who approach the language with little or no English. MOE are true ESL (English as a Second Language) Programmes which address every entry level from the point where the student has no English, through to the reading programmes and onto higher usage levels commensurate with a school and college syllabus. They all emphasise vocabulary, spoken English, the I Can Read Programme and independent usage.
